Safe Mode Uninstaller Not Working

I have a Lenovo Yoga 900 and I tried to uninstall the eset smart security ,in all types of differenet way

then I came across of Unistalling it on safe mode with the Uninstaller.exe 

well That didn`t work which has led me to post here, here is picture of the situation when it happen.

my running system 

lenovo yoga intel I7 siganture system

16 gigs of ram 

64 operating system
