ESET SS - Thin green box/line around browser???

I just noticed a thin light green line or box around my browser (IE11) window. I hadn't notice that before. What is it? Can it be turned off? Does it indication a problem? Other than the light green line, everything appears nominal.

It's a protected browser intended mainly for banking transactions. At the top you should also see a label "Secured by ESET".
