Online scanner

I have IE 11 and when I tried to do the online scanner I got the message the active X did not run. I tried adding the site to trusted sites and it still will not work. I have ad blocker but have disabled it for this site. How do I get it the scanner to run?

can you please try to run it from a different browser if possible?

The actual version is available at https://www.eset.com/int/home/online-scanner/ 

Please post the URL from which you tried to run it originally.

In IE11, click on "Safety" on the top right portion on the screen and see if "Active X Filtering" is check marked. If so, remove it and then try to use Eset's Online Scanner.
