jimwillsher 64
Strange; we have SSL enabled and we have not had to make any exclusions for S4B.

Administrators Marcos 4,713 Posted May 19, 2017 Administrators Share Posted May 19, 2017 In the Web and email setup, you can exclude specific applications from protocol filtering. Does adding the Skype executable resolve the problem? Alternatively you can temporarily switch the SSL/TLS scanner to interactive mode and exclude the certificate from scanning. HSW 9
Hi marcos, exclude from protocol filtering helps. Adding with interactive mode DOESNT help.
ESET Insiders BDeep 7 Posted June 8, 2017 ESET Insiders Share Posted June 8, 2017 We excluded the Skype for Business executable (which is lync.exe (before being rebranded)). There are four different directories that Skype for Business can be installed in: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe" "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16\lync.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\lync.exe"
