I think I would prefer to go back to the old version (9). NOD 2
Install EIS 10. Set up your network as a public network. Then reboot the computer.

Don't do that. Your local LAN should be trusted. If you set is as public, communication between local computers and devices may be blocked. (When connecting directly to an external network) So I set the public network in the ESET settings and the internet speed is normal. I do not know how the environment is different between Korea and foreign countries. South Korea suffered from this problem for a few days and solved it this time. There were many cases similar to helpmyspeed in Korea. Edited May 15, 2017 by NOD
NOD 2
The above does not mean the whole of Korea. This happened because some of the home system environments were special. So it took me a long time to find a solution. It has not been completely resolved yet. It's not my problem, so I need to look a little bit further. Then have a good day. NOD 2
Can I check someone who does not have a router at home? Those who do not have a router will have normal speed as a public network as above. But people will look at the program and use home network protection, and people without a router will slow down the Internet. The bottom line is that if you do not have a router at home, you should be warned that it is better to have only the router user to protect your home network. In Korea, many people use a router at home, but some people do not. Thanks for reading.
