    yes disabling protocol filtering solved the problem my speed is back, but how will I manage without it ?

    The upgrade version 10.0.390.0 has been really slowing down my computer and my internet speed, what can be done ? (I have windows 8.1 64 bit, and intel Pentium CPU 2020M @ 2.40GHz 2.40 Ghz, 4.00 GB RAM). please help me ASOS
