help me! my phone is locked after i tried to switch sim card. the screen is all black and it tells me to look for KB2949 support in your website.

If is the same problem a client has, KB is not the solution.
the screen is All black and you can't see a bit, you can't type anything or see where to type.

Workaround: Shutdown your cellphone. wait 3 minutes. Start again, write the pin and pattern correctly with no errors, so anti-theft should not activate and you can access normally you cellphone.

This problem not allow you to uninstall either.

Can someone provide a screenshot (maybe a pic of the phone from another phone), I would like to see what "all black" means, especially in relation to the OP who said they were able to see a message directing them to Kb2949, so maybe it's "mostly black..."

"All black" is "All black" ;)

The only thing you can do is press and hold the "power button" and you will able to see the menu for "Reboot, Shutdown, Suspend, Off-line mode".
