ESET Staff Gonzalo Alvarez 66 Posted April 21, 2017 ESET Staff Posted April 21, 2017 If is the same problem a client has, KB is not the solution. the screen is All black and you can't see a bit, you can't type anything or see where to type. Workaround: Shutdown your cellphone. wait 3 minutes. Start again, write the pin and pattern correctly with no errors, so anti-theft should not activate and you can access normally you cellphone. This problem not allow you to uninstall either.

ESET Staff Gonzalo Alvarez 66 Posted April 21, 2017 ESET Staff Posted April 21, 2017 With pleasure! "All black" is "All black" The only thing you can do is press and hold the "power button" and you will able to see the menu for "Reboot, Shutdown, Suspend, Off-line mode".
