Eset Smart Security 9 & 10

Hello everyone,

I have a license key that expires 25/02/2019 (i have renewed on 15/02/2017). When i use username & password to activate Smart Security 8 it works perfectly. When i update ESS 8 to 9 i have to activate again my product. I get a message that activation was succesfull but the product is not activated. It keeps asking me to activate it. Moreover when i install ESS 10 i can not activate my product, i get - the first time - an error ACT.4 "This computer name is already in use..." and then - every other time - ACT.1 "Internal server error...". I have contacted the local store but couldn't get it working on versions 9 & 10.

  1. I have tried to manually unistall ESS from safe boot
  2. I have tried to change computer name
  3. I have tried to netsh winsock reset
  4. I have tried to clear cache update
  5. I have tried to install directly ESS 9 and EIS 9
  6. I have tried to update from ESS 8 to 9
  7. I have tried to install directly ESS 10  and EIS 10

It seems that my license is not working! I can use only the username/password on ESS 8.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have send my license and the output of the program as Marcos proposed to me. I don't know if he has altered anything on my license, but now i can activate ESS 10 with my license.
