SS blocking my TV and one PC

Hi

I have problem with  blocking local PC

 

I have windows 8 64b , eset smart security 7.0.207.9

 

My PC blocking TV LG - message shows that blocking  TCP SYN FLOOD

also second PC is blocked - message shows UDP port scanning from this PC (probably caused by dropbox or plexmedia server)

 

I tried to set Address excluded from IDS according this KB: hxxp://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2939

but without succes (I added 10.0.0.0   with mask 255.255.255.0 but result was the same)

how should I correct this?

When an attack attempt is detected by v7, it should offer you an option to trust the source address and to exclude it from active protection. Watch this demonstration video:
