I think you may be referring to archives ?

 

It decided not to scan either because the archive scanning is disabled in Advanced Setup, or you possibly had a archive file type ESET did not understand.

Or your nested archive settings were not on, default, or changed.

 

Try reading through this article for nested archive and location of archive scan option.

Thank you Arakasi.I checked it out and now everything seems to be normal after 2 days, software is functioning very good. Hopefully all will work out.Help very well appreciated.
