Lost Password-no email from ESET

I am trying to update my three PC license, but I forgot my password.  ESET says they sent me an email, but it's been thirty minutes, and no email in my in box or junk mail.  How can I contact them?

Usually the email is sent within a few minutes. If it still has not shown up, please call ESET North America at +1 (866) 343-3738 and a customer service rep will be able to help you.
