j8a 0 Posted September 26, 2013 Posted September 26, 2013 Hi, I recieved to alerts yesterday in the RAS console because the electronic filter module in Outlook warned about an email with subject: IMPORTANT and Documents - WellsFargo de la fecha Thu, 26 Sep 2013 14:02:57 +0800 contains Win32/Spy.Zbot.AAU troyano. This appeared two times in different machines, in the second machine was another type of malware Win32/TrojanDownloader.Small.AAB which was updated yesterday by ESET. After that, the MS Office 2003 began to fail with different behaviour missprinting or shutting down. I have to run CCleaner and the infection was removed, also it was quarantined in ESET Endpoint Antivirus. Is this a problem of lacking of security windows patches or the Outlook Express program itself. Best regards
Administrators Marcos 5,469 Posted September 29, 2013 Administrators Posted September 29, 2013 If email protection detects malware in an email message, it's removed automatically by default. You can run a full disk scan (including a memory scan) to make sure that the computer is most likely malware-free.
