Yes the mods here are great. They actually reply with a real reply not a useless boilerplate replay like run sfc /scannow, run check disk, run the uninstaller etc.
Another reason why we do business with ESET.

Keep trying.
I had a problem with one computer also.
-
Yes, I was looking forward to the update but what we expected is still missing.
-
I got my 13 day notice on 3 computers yesterday.
Being stubborn, I will ride it to the end.
Do I hate it? YES
-
Heck, for that, you might as well give it away.

It's got to be worth at least five million dollars (U.S.)

Does no one have a link to the update?
How about to the latest McAfee.........................O.K. I'm kidding....

Usually when you cant update within the application itself, the files are sometimes available on the ESET website and you can manually download them from there. I did notice from the screenshot that @DinGo is probably on PRE-Release update method and probably why they have managed to update to the newer version.
ESET always announce the new versions on the forum on release, when they are available to ALL users. Other users have also mentioned that EIS has also updated to a newer version(on another forum post), and again this may only roll out to users on PRE-Release updates.
Even when REGULAR updates to the program itself are released, it can be a staggered release. Depending on which country you come from seems to affect how quickly the program updates are rolled out to you.
I'm sure it wont be long before there is a post from one of the staff on here "Officially" announcing the update. Thanks for the information.

Our program covers everything.

He passed away on February 7, 2017
We had been on-line friends for years and he was the one who convinced me to switch to NOD32 which turned out to be a wonderful decision.
As I recall, Randy was only 55 years old and certainly too young to be taken from us.
He was a wonderful proponent of ESET products and will be missed.

Sad, isn't it?

Anyone have an answer for Howard?
-
Howard, I've been waiting for someone in the know to respond to you.
Since patience is not in my DNA, I would have tried the license info that you have. The worse you could expect is a refusal but it's up to you.
Good luck.

Hi Robert I'm Glad to meet you.
My name is Joe and I'm an 82 year old grandfather who enjoys playing with computers (I have 5 of them). I am far from being and expert. I leave that to the other fellows and gals here.
Spend some time here, look around and I'm sure that you will get good information here and will also be able to help others.

Yes, for example, I was given a one year 3 computer license and was surprised to find it was a trial license. Oh well, it is hard to beat FREE.
