Hi everyone, As far as I know the Eset endpoint has no solution password protection on MacOS user like Windows user . Because the problem occurr when user on MacOS can uninstall Eset endpoint without password protection. So is there solution or roadmap for password protection for endpoint on MacOS ?

I have a case with deploy agent and endpoint to clients on MACOS, my customer ask is the method for deploy agent and endpoint on MACOS without allow permissions on user look like deploy on Windows ? I've tried deploy via agent live install but can not finish if user not allow permissions on their own.

Hi everyone, I use web chat (such as whatsapp, virber ,...) and i didn't receive notification from web chat.Hower when i turn off Eset endpoint, it could send notification when have new message.I think Https traffic scanning had stoped that, so how to can i check what Https scanning traffics block my website ? I check log on eset log has no log on that. Everyboy have been seen before ?

Hi Marcos, I've met this issue ( i log in with administrator account , which fully Grant All Functionality Full Access) and after upgrade Eset Endpoint Inspect (EEI) server, the problem was solved. So what's happend with this issue ? Could check log error on EEI server to fix this issue ?

Everybody have ever seen this issue ? I don't know why the client win7 can not communication with EPC via Eset Bridge ( although endpoint on this win 7 can update via Eset bridge) .As the log i saw : "Remote certificate not trusted by this agent" but when i add gateway for this win7, it can communication with EPC. Thanks all.

Hi everyone, Today i've test the lab : deploy ESET PROTECT CLOUD for OFFLINE ENVIRONMENT. My diagram : EPC <-> SERVER ESET BRIDGE ,<-> clients offline(no access to internet, just communication with EPC via SERVER ESET BRIDGE). My client are : win 10 and win 7. I created policy for Agent comunication with EPC via SERVER ESET BRIDGE. Client WIN10: everything ok, client can communicate with EPC . Client WIN7 : not work, client can not communicate with EPC.

Hi everyone, On my eba.eset.com, i created another user with full permissions on the particular group. This user can do all with this permission on eset protect cloud, however on the Inspect cloud, the rules did not appear like administrator user. How to can i fix this .

Hi everyone, I had a issue with permissions set on user. My demand is cre ate 2 site and separate license for 2 site. when i add user 1 to site 1 and create permission on this user but this user can see the license add before.(although i give full access to license) My demand is user 1 just see the license of the site 1. Please help me fix this.
