Example for log Device control: if client alert their USB was blocked by Endpoint , i want to get this log before on client for create policy allow device with serial number. But when i turn on this log on Eset server, no log appear on this. And i request clients reproduce , the log can be collect on Eset server.

Hi everyone, I had a question about the size of Log Collector on Eset server ( on-prem or cloud) that can collect and push to eset server ? Some time i Run log collector but it not appear on server. And the alert is Log collector archive is too big to be transferred . So how to can i get log client from Eset server ?

Hi everyone, Hope you're doing well. I had the issue with "Automatically encrypt attachments" on outlook email. Although i enabled this policy to client, however when client send email contain file attachment, it not automatically encrypt.Anybody can help me fix this issue ?

On endpoint have logs : On Eset server So on the server just collect log less than on endpoint or can not get log (HIPS) How to can i get all log diagnostic on endpoint ? Hi everyone, Currently, i'm setting up the Eset server for offline environment.I've just wanted to download the latest ESET like version 10( protect server, endpoint product, agent, update database) So how to i run with script on mirror tool to create repository only version 10 (with only language ENGLISH) ?
