Hi everyone, I've created repository via Mirror tool with the filter file below : But in the log, the product "ESET Endpoint Antivirus" with version "9.1.2063.0" is alert " because it was filtered out" and after finished, this product is not available. So was i mistake with the filter.txt config ? i've just need to create repository for offline environment with the product EEA version 9.1.2063.0

Hi Marcos, In my Eset cloud had the same issue.

After change SERVER REPOSITORY to AUTOSELECT => the server still load product from repository local i tried restart Eset protect server but it not change repository as i expected. How to can the server load products right repository ?

Hi Marcos, i need to create All in one package iíntaller with older version product (for example eea version 9.1.2063.0) but this version is not appear on repository online. So that i created mirror tool repository with the older products version.

Hi everyone, I've need to load products on Repository server with LOCAL (offline), when change server Repository , it still load products on internet. And i must disabled internet on this server, the products would be load on repository local. After that, i changed server repository to AUTO SELECT and enable internet on server, it still loaded products on server local repository. How to i can clear these cache on eset protect server ?

Hi Marcos, Because almost clients of customer are using win 7 and i've suggested him install version 9.1.2063 and he had a question "if still using the old version, are there any potential risk?"

Hi Marcos, This version 9.1.2066 is requirement ACS to install on win 7. I've test my client win 7 is running 9.1.2063 is not requirement ACS .

But in the repository on Eset protect server still allow download old versions. So if the customer still using the old version, are there any potential risk?

It's a big problem with the current customers, who are using Eset old version and they reinstall ESET but can not download old version.As far as i know that all most customers using win 7 without ACS and can not add this to their clients. Hi Marcos, Currently in my case, my customer paid for license ESET and still now he can not install Eset product on his server with problem update the KB5006728 ( although i tried update all KB on this guide October 12, 2021—KB5006728 (Security-only update) - Microsoft Support ,) and he installed the Kaspersky on his server :).

you can try Kaspersky, in the requirement it not mention about ACS

My customer said : he can install other AV vendor on win 2008 R2 without install KB5006728. So i can not suggest him use ESET products on his server

I've read this before and it seems not have solution to resolve without migrate my server to Azure .

Yes, i tried before that , but it's not convenient for management and create keys if i have over 200 users and departments. If it's possible, i think Eset need add this feature on future.

Hi everyone, My customer had questions about Create Encrypt key for each user.It mean that : for example in department Sale , two users name are sale and sale1 ==> both 2 users have the same key encrypt is Sale-department for demand every user in this department can exchange their information with encrypt key file. So how to create the Encrypt key for each user : sale and sale1 for demand ==> user sale can not decrypt files, which was encrypted by user sale1.

Hi Marcos, Before that, i have create Forwarding notifications to email and if i choose "warning" it did not send email notification, so that i choose " Informative" and it sent email notification. My demand is : send email notification to my email and general report on Eset server to report all clients. Please help me how to do that ?
