They feedback to us that there are users using mini USB WIFI router on the online computer, so that other offline computers and their own IPAD will have wireless connection. So how to block USB wifi router using ESET Endpoint Security? By device control or firewall? If device control, we don't have the brand name or model etc. Thanks

Hi, I’m currently using EMSX 6.2.1 for my mail servers. We increased our mail server from 1 to 3 and have installed ESET Mail Security on them. I was wondering if the clustering feature would be suitable for me as my mail servers are running DAG which makes them “share” the same database just like clustering. Thanks

I would try to find out why multiple Tomcat7 instances are running, because that may cause other problems, especially in case they are sharing data files. Have you tried to restart whole system? Or maybe killing other Tomcat7.exe instances in case they are not used for any other services? Tomcat is not start, tried to manually start it but still the same error, updated java and re-deploy webconsole, issue still the same. Tomcat is not start, tried to manually start it but still the same error, updated java and re-deploy webconsole, issue still the same.

I want to allow few websites only and block all other websites, how to configure the web console in Endpoint security 6? I have created a URL group "A" and created allow rule for it, created another URL gourp "B" (URL I put *.*) and created block rule for it, But it desn't work.

One of my customer using era6.1.444 (console6.1.334),tied to upgrade it to 6.3 using components upgarde task but failed..I am thinking to upgrade it to 6.2 before 6.3, but there is no 6.2 can select.

Yes, you have to find and fix configuration policy with invalid certificate. ERA 6.2 has improved validation that should notify you about problem once you try to edit problematic policy. As mentioned previously, problem is either empty data for certificate or invalid password -> both cases should be validated. issue solved. Thanks
