Recently CVE-2022-30190 was disclosed by Microsoft (https://msrc-blog.microsoft.com/2022/05/30/guidance-for-cve-2022-30190-microsoft-support-diagnostic-tool-vulnerability/) and is detected by Microsoft Defender. Whether my customers' ESET Endpoint is going to detect this? I cannot find any info to it.

May I know the steps to migrate ESA from installed server to a new server

I wanted to find out whether live installer download links that we generate will expire. I generated this link previously and sent it out for others to install (https://redirector.eset.systems/li-handler/?uuid=.......). But somehow the link expired. But on the dashboard there is nowhere where we can configure the expiry date of the link. Would you be able to advise on this?

Login to ESET Protect failed

My customer tried to login ESET Protect but failed with error: Login failed: Unable to deserialize RPC message Reset the password but still the same issue. First time saw this error. Please advise. -
Cannot connect to wifi if ESET Endpoint installed

Hi Marcos, The customer told me he just right click the eset icon and pause the protection, then he can see the wifi portal and connect to the wifi. -
Our customer feedback that their users cannot connect to public wifi with ESET Endpoint Antivirus installed. The wifi has a portal where they need to login, same like in a hotel. When ESET installed this login page won't show up, But if disable real-time protection, it works as per normal. Ask user to change settings is not a good idea as they are not IT expert.

I have successfully upgraded ESMC7.1 to EP8 using EP8 AIO installer, including MS SQL 2019. But I cannot login to EP8 portal after upgrading, the error is "Login failed: Connection has failed with state "Not connected"" I have restarted SQL server, ESET Protect server service, Apache tomcat service, but issue is still persist. Trace log is attached. Thank you trace_25Feb.log

ESET Endpoint for Linux detects the threat only when the file is executed or created within the NFS server , but if we scan the local drive it’s not detecting the file which was written by NFS client. In this test server, we have shared one local drive and from client system was made to write some virus files remotely , But when we scan the drive it’s not detecting the virus file. When installing EM Agent into the VM with redhat OS, it states that "ppc64le architecture is not supported". Please advise. -
We found admin users on MacOS are able to kill ESET Endpoint Security for Mac and it is not running in background at all. How to prevent it? Thanks
