    Thanks for letting us know. First part is considered as an issue and should be targeted. Second part will be discussed as an possible improvements, which seems to be legit.

    You can click on a client in Computers list, then go to Details -> Hardware to see it's hardware specification. I would like you to change two things in Network Pane:
    1. Add information about every network interface, not just an active one (for example, laptops usually have LAN and WIFi and it only shows information about one.)
    2. Concatenate IPv4 and IPv6 information in one entry, see image for example.

    Hello, this option is already available in ESET Cloud Administrator console. Currently, as agents are updated via "Components upgrade task", which does not differentiate between agents, and other components of the ESMC infrastructure (server / webconsole) this option was disabled. However, in Cloud the server is fully hosted / maintained by ESET, so "one click agent updates" are possible.
    Please note, that for the future releases we work on "automatic agent upgrades", meaning agents would automatically upgrade themselves to the version compatible / matching with the server.

    few suggestions :
    1.
    description : download of all in one installer files should run in the background, and allow user to attend other tasks.
    detail : once the AIO installer file download is started, often it takes up long time & warns about not closing the window otherwise the download is aborted. instead let the user start the download and close the window. the download shd proceed as background process.
    2.
    description : rename the downloaded AIO installer as per the given name to the installer instead of the generic name like ESMC_Installer_x64_en_US. optionally you can give the option to rename the files based on ver of agent & security file selected.

    In the window above you select your ESMC server. Unless you use more ESMC servers, only one should appear in the list.

    Thanks, it worked.
    @MartinK
    It's really counterintuitive to put it there. But, whatever, you can leave it as is, but when someone tries to update Management Agent from "Dashboard -> ESET applications -> Outdated applications" (or from any other location applicable) then ESMC should create task "Upgrade Security Management Server Components" instead of saying "No ESET products, which can be updated automatically, have been found".
