  1. Thank you davidenco and TomFace for your reports! 1) You can always create a new support ticket using the international support form: https://www.eset.com/int/support/contact/ After entering your country and license information, the newly created ticket will be properly redirected to a specific country/distributor. 2) Regarding the SSL cert error problem: - always use support.eset.com instead of kb.eset.com - the redirect logic of http://kb.eset.com/ANYTHING has been modified to go to https://support.eset.com/ANYTHING - you should be no longer be redirected through https://kb.eset.com
  2. Domo, good catch! You are right. These files has been updated a few minutes ago. However, if anyone wish to place eea_nt32_enu.nup to a different directory than the mirror root: file=/desired_directory_in_mirror/eea_nt32_enu.nup
  3. Hi Domo, the KB article has been updated to reflect the most recent endpoint version. Thank you for your patience.
  4. ESET File Security version 6.4 has been released. Download link / full changelog: https://www.eset.com/int/business/server-antivirus/file-security-windows/#download
  5. Hi Marathon IT, where to start? I think starting reading Online documentation is a good start to understand philosophy of ERA. Becuase you're experienced with ERA5 I recommend to you to read: Architecture of ERA6: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/64/en-US/architecture.htm Differences to version 5: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/63/en-US/differences_to_version_5.htm Network requirements: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/63/en-US/network_requirements.htm Since you want to manage up to 100 endpoint, I think you can follow steps in: ESET Remote Administrator Guide for Small and Medium-sized Businesses: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_smb/63/en-US/ Based on your situation, I don't think you need to use ERA Proxy (formerly Server-to-server replication in ERA5). If you have a separate locations, the recommended way is to: Install ERA Server using All-in-one installer on a computer/server with a public IP address (and open only appropriate ports), during installation consider deselecting Apache HTTP Proxy (or install it and then disable policy for computers outside your HQ office) If you are afraid of migration, you can exclude migration of computers, but I think migration of logs, groups, policies and users - would be useful Deploy the ERA Agent using the Agent Live Installer method. The advantage is, only ERA Server must be visible by ERA Agent. Once you deploy the ERA Agent, you can deploy/upgrade the Endpoint product. It is also possible to deploy ERA6 Agent using ERA5, but be careful: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb6067/ Anyway, ERA5 is still FULLY SUPPORTED. Announced EOL is December 2018. See hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3592/#era Hope it helps.
  6. Additional question: Tomcat has been previously working? or, the error has occured after Tomcat/java upgrade? Illustrated instructions of message from tmuster2k: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb5550/
  7. Hello zwylde, I also consider to install ERA Proxy to a branch office with 2-10 computers as an overkill. I suggest you to, use agent live installers to deploy ERA Agent if possible, to resolve it on a network layer, for example to create a tunnel/VPN connection to your HQ office.
  8. UPDATE: All localizations have been updated reflecting recent changes in the EN guide. To change language for ERA installation guide, simply select desired language from the drop-down menu.
  9. Just want to share interesting information: ESET releases new decryptor for TeslaCrypt ransomware hxxp://www.welivesecurity.com/2016/05/18/eset-releases-decryptor-recent-variants-teslacrypt-ransomware/ How do I clean a TeslaCrypt infection using the ESET TeslaCrypt decrypter? hxxp://support.eset.com/kb6051/
  10. You have probably tried to open the info.meta file in your browser and the file is accessible, right? This error code indicates that you use a proxy server (or Apache HTTP Proxy) for connection to ERA Repository. Is your proxy service working/running? In case you are a customer from North America, you should follow: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb5667/
  11. Hello Anand Rachaita, If you have deployed an ERA Virtual Appliance, you can simply create a snapshot of your VM and backup it. If you have installed ERA (Server) on a psychical machine / server, it is recommended that you create database backups on a regular basis. In case of serious damage and if database backup is present: you can simply install the same version of ERA Server, restore the database from a backup and start using the ERA Server again. What is unknown to me, what type of database do you use? More information about database backups / migration etc. can be found on Online help: hxxp://help.eset.com/era_install/63/en-US/database.htm Or you can install SQL Server Management Studio and create a db backup from there. ERA 6.3 is a complex and large product and you haven't given us enough information about your ERA infrastructure, that is why I think nobody will provide you the following: "Please tell me step by step.."
  12. The following solution might be related with this problem: Missing libQtWebKit dependecy on CentOS Linux hxxp://support.eset.com/kb5951/
  13. There's a problem with the following: Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/administrator/tomcat.keystore What is the correct location of your tomcat.keystore file? It should be properly set in server.xml and also accessible by Apache Tomcat.
