The Uninstall tool must be run in safe mode when product services and drivers are not running. The tool cannot be run in normal mode to remove ESET.

Does adding C:\XboxGames\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Content\FlightSimulator.exe to performance exclusions make a difference? Is the size of the file 6,8 GB?

It depends where you downloaded the app from. It is unlikely that there would be so many false positives reported on an application. You can submit the file to ESET for a check as per the instructions at https://support.eset.com/en/kb141.

Probably FP. The IP address was blocked due to malware detected on it in the past.

What about creating a permissive url-based rule for the url you want to allow and another blocking rule for the youtube.com domain and putting it below it?

You have posted in the General forum so it is not clear what product you are referring to. Is it ESET Inspect or ESET Inspect on-prem? Anyways, there's no such option to use the event as a criterion for ESET Inspect exclusions.

Perhaps it could be possible to run a disk wiper tool remotely via the Run command task providing that it's located in a folder shared for other machines in the network. However, if you mean a complete disk wipe and not just rewriting unused space with zeroes, it won't be possible as long as the OS is running and you'd need to take the machine offline and run a disk wiper after booting from another medium I assume.

If you have the new license in the list, create a Product activation task with the new license selected and send it to the clients. You can remove the trial license from the License manager.

Sucuri did not detect any malware now and I'm not getting any detection from ESET while browsing the site either. Appears to be clean now.

Does pausing real-time protection make a difference? As for logs, please make sure to enable "advanced operating system logging" in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics prior to running the game and disable it about 30s after reproducing the issue to keep the log as small as possible. Then collect logs with ESET Log Collector, share the archive via Google Drive unrestricted and drop me a personal message with a download link.

I'd recommend raising a support ticket. Perhaps it will enough just to remove some redundant registry keys that could not be removed automatically due to the failure during upgrade.
