I've been testing and trying to configure the ERA 6 [Details]: ESET Remote Administrator (Server), Version 6.4.304.0 ESET Remote Administrator (Web Console), Version 6.4.280.0CentOS (64-bit), Version 7.2.1511 (Installed from the .OVF file) So far, following the "ESET Remote Administrator - Administration Guide", I've been able to Login with "Domain Users", import AD Groups and now I'm trying to use the Static Group Synchronization to add the Computers from my AD. In it's "Synchronization Settings" I put the Distinguished Name, but when I press "Browse" I get the following error: Error loading data: LDAP browsing failed. Check input server parameters, LDAP attributes and filters syntax and LDAP server availability.: Trace info: SearchLdap: 'ldapsearch' failed with 49 exit code, stderr: ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49) additional info: 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903C8, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v2580 How can I get a better diagnostic of the problem, and how could I solve it? dgard 0 Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 I'm getting this same error. I did follow the instructions in the link provided. The funny thing is it works the first time. When I click finish and run it, no synchronization takes place. When I go back in to edit it and try to browse AD I get the: ldapsearch' failed with 49 exit code It looks like the password is not being saved correctly. If I type it back in again, browsing works.
