Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted September 7, 2016 Administrators Share Posted September 7, 2016 Generally in order to clear active threats, an on-demand scan task must be run from ERA using In-depth scan settings profile. Since potentially unwanted applications require user's intervention in standard cleaning mode, you would have to apply a policy that would set strict cleaning mode for the In-depth scan profile first. As for threat resolution, this must be done manually. However, you can select threats that you are sure they have been resolved and resolve them at once.
