Fatal error 1603

Have had NOD32 Home Version for over 5 years w/ no issues. Now it does not auto-update. I tried to manually update and I'm not allowed to, even as adim. I run Windows 7 XP.

Tried uninstalling ESET. I get "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing installation package 'ei_A87F.msi.

As an 8-track guy stuck in a digital world, I'm afraid to "play" too much w/ this as I might really screw things up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
