Octopuss 5
I am using ESS9, and a few minutes ago found out the log file for firewall got to almost 3GB in size, which is both ridiculous and unacceptable. I looked through settings and couldn't find any way to limit the size. Is there any way to do this at all?
Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted August 23, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 23, 2016 Disabling debug logging should fix it. Debug logging is meant to be used only temporarily for troubleshooting issues.

Octopuss 5
Thanks. What's the default value for logging verbosity? I know I changed it to warnings, but not sure what the previous value was. The other two I already have set like in the screenshot without touching them. It would still be nice if there was an option to limit the log size, though.
Administrators Marcos 4,923 Posted August 25, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 25, 2016 Informative verbosity is set by default. It shouldn't produce large logs.
