Hello, i have some problems with my account.

 

In my account  shown Anti-Theft is disabled, but in my device is enabled!

 

I send an attachment.

 

I appreciate any help

Hello, follow these steps:

 

1. Open ESET Mobile Security in your device

2. Click Anti-Theft and enter password

3. Click my.eset.com and then click  "already have an account"

4. Enter your credentials which you sign into you my.eset.com account and click Sign in

 

If your problem won´t be resolved, it is necessary to delete your device from your my.eset.com account and add it to my.eset.com accout again. Instructions how to do it are here: hxxp://support.eset.com/kb3158/
