ESET add-in not load in outlook 2013

Hi All,
 
I am using ESET Endpoint Security [/size]6.3.2016. The issue I am having with outlook 2013 ESET add-in is that once made active, it doesn't launch the next time I start outlook 2013. It revert back to the "in-active" group. Re-installed ESET Endpoint Security but issue still present
