Infected folder in Outlook

for NOD32, is there a method to have infected files end up in Outlook Junk folder instead of Infected folder?

In the advanced setup -> Web and email -> Email client protection -> Action to be performed on infected email, enter the folder name where you would like infected email to be moved to. However, I'm not sure now if a duplicate folder will be created if the specified name already exists.
