ganesh 0 Posted May 30, 2016 Share Posted May 30, 2016 Hi, We using eset nod32 antivirus 4 and we already renewed the license for this year. We cannot get the latest update for our antivirus. When we try to update it just loading and stopped. Our last successful update date would be 15/05/2016 3:57am. We have total 40 units some pc is win 7 and some would be win xp and win server 2003. If you use ESET Remote Administrator for managing ESET products, upgrade to ERA v5 and clients to Endpoint v5.0.2260 if upgrading to ERA v6 is not an option. In Endpoint, enable LiveGrid for maximum protection. Also if you want to be even better protected against file encryptors, I'd strongly recommend upgrading your license to ESET Endpoint Security v6 which also contains a network protection module.
