Hi There,

 

Over Christmas of 2015 we deployed 6.2 for Remote Administrator and that went well.

 

About 3 weeks ago I decided to do the upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3 and uninstalled the product and reinstalled it.

 

For whatever reason the database got wiped and I forgot to have a copy of the certificates on the ESET Server.

 

So now I have 190 clients unmanaged and not sure on how to get them back and under management.

 

Can anyone advise what process is for getting these machines back under control other then manually uninstalled the agents and reinstalling them?

Re-deploy agent so that it uses current certificates, e.g. using Agent Live installer which you can execute from a logon script or using psexec for instance.
