Hello All,

 

I'm facing issue after upgrading to new release of eset endpoint antivirus 5.0.2254, all clients in updating tab show error ( Invalid username and password ), i tried to uninstall and reinstall client are able to update for server only for one day after that day is going back to show the same error invalid username and password.

If you're updating the username and password, and it's getting chanegd back, then it sounds like you are pushing configurations from ERAS/ERAC with thr wrong details?

Do you use ERA v5 or v6 to manage Endpoint ?
