Hello All, I'm facing issue after upgrading to new release of eset endpoint antivirus 5.0.2254, all clients in updating tab show error ( Invalid username and password ), i tried to uninstall and reinstall client are able to update for server only for one day after that day is going back to show the same error invalid username and password.

Hi All, I did something wrong while upgrade clients to the new eset endpoint version, in xml configuration i put wrong password in remote administration tab so all clients cannot connect to ERA i tried many times to add new task (configuration with the new password) but no avail. the only way that works with me that i have to uninstall the eset endpoint form client machine then re push new installation. my question is there any other way to define the new password to the clients remotely without uninstalling and reinstall for each machine thanks in advance Eset Endpoint version : 5.0.2254 Eset Remote Server version : 5.3.33.0 running in windows server 2012r2 PS: all machine are able to update from era server , but in administrator console ( last connected form 4 Weeks ago )

Hi Folks, I can't login into eset remote administrator throug console after trace the issue i found that ERA service won't start please find attached screen. ERA Version : 5.2.26.0 OS : Windows Server 2012 R2 Thanks in advacne

Yes, Thanks for help i just download eset endpoint anti virus 5.0.2237 and works fine, but why eset end point anti virus v6 not working its need eset remote administrator ver 6 ? also i have a problem client's cannot receiving updates from ERA. another question kindly find below images for updates status. Thanks,

Hi All, This my first time to use Eset remote administrator i faced a problem after install the product after configure eset configuration (XML) after edit and click save i push install for eset smart security and installed successfully i cannot find the edited settings on the client , i tried to install endpoint antivirus but is the same problem any help please or missed configuration to avoid it next time. thanks in advance, - ERA 5.2.26.0 - ERA installed on win2012 r2 standard joined to dc 2012 r2 - Windows 7 Client
