MD5 0
Hello to all the forum community. I'm looking for help to solve the following problem. I installed the latest version of ACDSee image viewer, 64 bit version. The program start fine but it quickly become very slow or unresponsive. I found that by pausing the NOD32 protection, ACDSee run fast, without problem. After enabling again the protection, I get an almost immediate ACDSee slowdown. I tried to add the ACDSee install folder ("C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\*.*") to the exclusion list (Paths to be excluded from scanning) but this does not prevent the slowdown when the NOD32 protection is active. Since I'm also using HitmanPro.Alert (latest version), I tried to unistall it to see if it was the culprit, but no change. I'm looking for help about how to solve this issue. My system setup is the following: OS: Win 10 64bit installed from scratch (no update from W7), fully updated. NOD32 version: 9.0.318.0 with default settings. HitmanPro.Alert 3.1.0 b340 Hardware: Asus Maximum VIII Gene + Core i7-6700K, 32GB Ram, M.2 SSD 480GB, nVidia GTX970. All drivers updated. Thanking in advance for any advice. Administrators Marcos 5,235 Posted December 4, 2015 Administrators Share Posted December 4, 2015 Does it work ok after downgrading to v8? If so, keep v8 until a new service build of v9 becomes available for the public soon.
