Failed to get installers;failed to sychronized package repository

For your information...i used :

Eras 6.2 32 bit installer on windows 2003 server. And my place used proxy server gateway to internet. Global proxy setting was made in explorer setting and server can reach internet. My problem is when i want to get live installer for agent and when i wan download the package there is error i get. Can u help to figure out what is problem with my ERAS.

hello. i have same problem in 6.2 ERA

i dont use proxy, try auto select and custom url

Error 20019 means that the connection to the repository was interrupted. Either the connection was closed sooner than expected (most likely when trying to read data from a TCP/IP stream over an already established connection) or the connection was closed prematurely on either end. If the problem occurs frequently, it's unlikely that the problem would be on ESET's end.
