Cannot cleared all viruses that has been detected

My eset smart security 9 only deleted 6/24 viruses,is there any possible way to clear all of them

Couldn't it be that potentially unwanted applications were found, you were prompted for an action at the end of the scan but you didn't select any? Could you post scan log details here?
