Purchase Price Conflicts

Recommended Posts

I purchased ESET NOD32 and installed on both my wifes and my laptop (just one wife for clarity) and decided to add this great product security to my cell phone as well. Found it on sale at the ESET website for $9.95 which is a great deal but didn't purchase it there. Instead, I searched for it on my cell to download and install it directly and found it in the Google Play store for $14.95. Bypassed the 30 day trial and made the purchased anyway but did I miss something regarding the sale? One would think the sale would extend to Google Play store as well. Really no big deal but thought I'd ask if there's anyway to get the balance refunded? My apologies if I posted in the wrong forum.

TIA

Google uses a different pricing and is usually cheaper than if you purchase from ESET. For instance, in Slovakia ESET Mobile Security for 1 device costs 14,95e in ESET's store.

Same with Amazon app store, there the cost is £9.99 for one year (& I couldn't activate it so was useless on my Kindle Fire HD) on the Eset website, it was £12.99 for two years which was/is a better deal.
