Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted June 30, 2015 Administrators Share Posted June 30, 2015 You've posted to the ESET NOD32 Antivirus forum and mentioned version 8 which is a version for home users that doesn't support remote administration by ERA. You should install Endpoint v5 and ERA v5 first and just then upgrade to ERA v6 and Endpoint v6 which are new generations of ESET's products and thus upgrade from older versions is not supported. Before deploying v6, we recommend installing it in a testing environment and deploying it to other computers after you become familiar with how it works.
