Rideout18 0 Posted June 15, 2015 Posted June 15, 2015 I've installed the agent on a test PC successfully but when I create a client task for the client install it fails. Where can I see the log as to why it fails? The task starts, then shows running, then shows failed. Is there anyway to see why it failed? This new version is a little frustrating.
Administrators Marcos 5,466 Posted June 16, 2015 Administrators Posted June 16, 2015 What kind of client task did you run? If it was delivered to agent, you should see possible errors in agent's trace log C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\trace.log.
