I have a program called "REMOTE MOUSE" after I installed Eset Smart Security 8 it stopped working. Its a program that lets you control your mouse from a smartphone. (homepage: https://www.remotemouse.net/faq.php)You need the app on your smartphone, and a program on that computer you want to control mouse on. It uses TCP 1978 port, and I tried to open that port in firewall, but it still dont work. It only works if I disable firewall. How can I get it to work while my firewall is running? Can you guys guide me? or fix this?

Does temporarily disabling the firewall actually help?
