Hi

i did a fresh install of w7 64bit

and i installed smart security 6 64bit last built

i got some problem with the firewall pop ups often

boot the pc , without program running only smart security 6 , it starts to pop up about incoming and outgoing connection

first i want to say , i did not use the learning mode

1) is it  normal that the  last "host for windows service"  rule  (that come with a clean smart security clean install ) is

Allow communication for svchost.exe

direction out

TCP & UDP (no local or remote port are included) is Allow?

2) i got pop up about incoming connection from 85.37.17.56 or 192.88.99.1

or like this screenshot

thanks

Why not use automatic mode with exceptions if you are not sure whether to allow or deny certain communication in interactive mode?

Why not use automatic mode with exceptions if you are not sure whether to allow or deny certain communication in interactive mode?

but because i'm from rome/italy and the ip 192.88.99.1 is Indian and many connection are inbound and outbound to different nation

about my first question ,

1) is it  normal that the  last "host for windows service"  rule  (that come with a clean smart security clean install ) is

Allow communication for svchost.exe

direction out

TCP & UDP (no local or remote port are included) is Allow?

i would to know if the last rule is right

because i 'm worried i have changed a pre confing eset rule

by the way , under w7 32bit i did not get so many weird connection

about

automatic mode with exceptions

because i guess in some case could be dangerous

might you please tell me about the built in rule?

thanks
