ESET Remote Administrator "Can't find script engine"

We are implementing ESET remote administrator on our servers and we are having a problem with two of our servers. Since we cannot get the agent to deploy, we manually installed the agent on the server to try and resolve the issue. During the installation of the batch file provided by the remote administrator, we are receiving the error below. This is present on two servers and was wondering if there was anything we could do to resolve this issue. I have tried troubleshooting using the link below and others, but unfortunately we are having no luck. Any help would be grately appreciated.

CScript Error: Can't find script engine "VBScript" for script "C:\Users\jonb\App
Data\Local\Temp\2\uacinstall.vbs".
