After trying to deploy the agent automatically when adding, I tried to install the agent manually on one of our Windows Server 2008 R2 servers. During the installation a notepad2(text editor) window pops up with the uacinstall.vbs script. I am assuming it is a bug during the installation of the Remote administrator agent that prevents it from proceeding any further than this. Is there anything we can do to prevent the text file to open during installation to allow the installation to move forward. Any help would be grately appreciated.

We are implementing ESET remote administrator on our servers and we are having a problem with two of our servers. Since we cannot get the agent to deploy, we manually installed the agent on the server to try and resolve the issue. During the installation of the batch file provided by the remote administrator, we are receiving the error below. This is present on two servers and was wondering if there was anything we could do to resolve this issue. I have tried troubleshooting using the link below and others, but unfortunately we are having no luck. Any help would be grately appreciated.
