ESET Mail security for Exchange Server block a lot outgoing Email

I am using ESET Mail security for Exchange Server 4.5.1 and ESET Antivirus and Antispam block send Email to ourcompany suppliers/customers.

I read FAQ and try many times but still ESET block some outgoing Emails.

This is big problem for me and if cannnot solve from ESET support, I will stop using ESET after expired license this time.

Our company using ESET near 10 years and ESET Mail security for Exchange Server 4.5.1 give a lot probems start from last year.
Our company Exchange Servr version is 2010.

Please help me and solve my problem asap.
