Email notification charset

ERA 6 sends email alerts with unreadable words:

"During execution of ?????????? on the computer MYPC, the following event occurred: O????a ?o?????e??? ? cep?epy"

What's this and how to filx?

It must be a localization bug as the whole email should be in English regardless of the language used. Please report it to your local customer care.

Can I find any templates / scripts etc relative to email alerts in appliance's (CentOS) filesystem or in database (MySQL)?

Those alerts are likely send by Endpoint clients themselves.
