Sec-C 6
We noticed that "Uninstall" tasks for Eset Endpoint will cause an immediate reboot on windows clients, even if the task allows to postpone the reboot. The Eset Popup is informing the user about a reboot in 1 Minute. There is no button to postpone. Is this a known bug? Eset Protect and Eset Endpoint are Version 10.
Administrators Marcos 5,279 Posted 5 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 5 hours ago The highlighted setting allows a user to postpone the reboot by 1 day at maximum when a notification pops up on the target machine, it's not that the reboot will be delayed by 1 day automatically. But in the notification pop up, there is no way for the user to delay anything. Seems like the "postpone" button is missing in the notification popup. Administrators Marcos 5,279 Posted 2 hours ago Administrators Share Posted 2 hours ago Uninstallation is performed by the security product so after it has been uninstalled, it cannot display a notification with an option to postpone the reboot.
