Licensed assistance

Recommended Posts

Hello, we have a licensing problem in our company. It looks like this. We made a new WDS on which Eset was preinstalled, the latest installer downloaded through the local server, after a long while we noticed that computers with this new Windows are not seen by the local server and they do not download the previously set policies. We tried updating Eset with the latest installer but that didn't help either. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this?

Do you mean that the new computers are not connecting to your ESET PROTECT server and you don't see them in the PROTECT console? If so, please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html  and trace.log for possible errors. You can upload them here for a check (only ESET staff has access to file attachments).

Ok. I am uploading them in zip format ( the site does not support direct upload of html file).
