We made a new WDS on which Eset was preinstalled, the latest installer downloaded through the local server, after a long while we noticed that computers with this new Windows are not seen by the local server and they do not download the previously set policies. We tried updating Eset with the latest installer but that didn't help either. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, please check C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html and trace.log for possible errors.
