I have both mobile phoned, two notebooks and a laptop under this protection program. I am not able to contact customer support and the only option is to put it into a general discussion platform. Are you unable to fill in the built-in support form and let logs to be submitted to ESET for perusal? Are you getting an error when attempting to do so?
