My anti phishing on the Eset Home protection plan, turns itself off for no apparent reason. I have both mobile phoned, two notebooks and a laptop under this protection program. I am not able to contact customer support and the only option is to put it into a general discussion platform. Why...to all of this? Thank you

Could you please elaborate more on this? Are you unable to fill in the built-in support form and let logs to be submitted to ESET for perusal? Are you getting an error when attempting to do so?

You should be able to contact Eset U.S. based customer support via Live Chat at the URL, https://www.eset.com/us/existing-customers/ ,shown in the below screen shot. Mouse click on the Support icon. Otherwise, by phone number shown;
