I have both mobile phoned, two notebooks and a laptop under this protection program. I am not able to contact customer support and the only option is to put it into a general discussion platform. Why...to all of this? Thank you

Are you unable to fill in the built-in support form and let logs to be submitted to ESET for perusal? Are you getting an error when attempting to do so?

Mouse click on the Support icon. Otherwise, by phone number shown;
