Get the list of all users and access on each machine

Hello, we have ESET Elite Protection installed on nearly 50 machines and servers. I would like to run a report that provides a list of accesses for all user accounts, the last login, as well as the permissions. Is it possible to do this? I thought about running a task to execute a PowerShell script to retrieve everything, but how can I compile it into a report that contains the machine name, the user, the permissions, and the last login? Thank you.
